PoliTo Engine Research Center
NewsPT-ERC was established in 2004. It mainly aims at developing next-gen engine concepts for conventional and hybrid powertrains. It features highly specialized and unique test facilities (i.e., high-dynamic engine test rigs, measuring systems for the analysis of raw and diluted engine emissions in steady-state and transient operation, hydraulic test beds for the characterization of high-pressure injection systems) and self-developed measurement, testing and simulation procedures.
